Guest Speaker: Professor Martin Thoms Topic: "Resilience in Our Regional Landscapes: Navigating a Changing World"

Resilience has become an everyday concept and a frequently used term.  It is part of science, art, health, sport, and agricultural production.  But what does resilience mean to the way we manage our regional landscapes?  In many fields it is often referred to as the ability to bounce-back.  In an era of rapid change from the threats of climate variability, increasing large scale developments and unpredictable policy change will the landscapes of the Namoi bounce back?  In this talk we will explore how our landscapes may respond to future shocks.

To make the evening even more delightful, we are pleased to offer a complimentary dinner and a drink for all attendees.

To secure your place at the AGM, please RSVP by 1 November.

Join us for an evening of education, camaraderie, and reflection as we gather to chart a path toward a more resilient and sustainable future for our regional landscapes.

Sorry, you've missed the RSVP deadline for this event.
