Gunnible Landcare Working with Community

Last week, Gunnible Landcare provided the most recent SES Flood Card out in letter drops and to all members in email.

In conjunction with Regional and Local SES, Gunnible members are planning to develop local flood preparedness information for the residents.  They will be incorporating historic local flood heights from community data into existing hard copy various flood model charts, to assist in planning for the future.

Gunnible Landcare Inc, has expanded from its original territory of north from the “Namoi River out to the Melville Range” and is  now open to anybody in Gunnedah Shire, outside of the urban area.  Gunnible is increasing its educational activities in 2025-6.  Interested residents are welcome to contact Margaret Hood, Secretary, on 0457421503
